Registration
The registration fee includes:
- Conference Proceedings
- Coffee Breaks
- Welcome cocktail
- Gala Dinner
- Lunches
At least one author of each accepted paper must register to the conference by May 30, 2005.
For a paper for which a full registration rate has been paid, co-authors may register at a discounted rate ("2nd author" rate).
Authors which have more than one accepted paper, and which will present more than one paper (i.e., none of the co-authors will participate to the conference), have to pay the full rate for only one of the papers, and they may register the other papers at a discounted rate ("registration of additional papers" rate).
The student rate is applicable only to full-time students and cannot be used to register an accepted paper. Students must provide a certification of their status.

Refund and cancellation policy
Registrations related to accepted papers cannot be refunded (i.e., "Full rate" registrations, and "additional papers" registrations).
Substitutions are always possible.
If a registration is cancelled, it will be refunded within 60 days after the closing of the conference. The 20% of the registration fee will be retained for covering administrative costs.
If a tutorial is cancelled and the participant is not willing to attend any other tutorial, then the registration fee will be refunded.
