Instructions for Presenters

ORAL PRESENTATIONS
Each oral presentation will be given 20 minutes (15 minutes for the talk and 5 for discussion). Presentations can be made using the computer or the overhead projector that will be supplied by the conference organization, or using your own computer. It is recommended to keep a copy of your presentation on a USB flash drive or a CD ROM.

POSTER PRESENTATIONS
We will provide poster boards which can hold posters with maximum size of 90 cm (width) x 150 cm (height), together with the necessary adhesive material.
A PowerPoint template has been sent to authors that have to prepare a spotlight poster presentation. Each spotlight presentation must be two slides long, and will be given a maximum of two minutes. PowerPoint slides of spotlight presentations, prepared according to the template, must be sent within Friday 19 August.

SPOTLIGHT POSTER PRESENTATIONS
The aim of spotlight presentations is to introduce briefly selected papers which will be presented in the poster sessions.
Two minutes are allocated for each spotlight presentation. Each spotlight presentation must be two slides long.
Each presenter of a spotlight has been previously informed about this strict time limit and she/he must have provided her/his two power-point slides, prepared in the required format, to the conference organization by August 19.
Each presenter should contact the session chair before the session.
In order to save time and to complain with the strict two-minutes time limit, all the presenters should stay close to the presentation desk during the session. The presentations must follow one upon the other very quickly without any delay.
The paper title and the name of the presenter will be announced by the session chair. In order to save time, the two slides that the presenter has provided will be projected with a computer handled by a person of the conference staff. When needed, you will have to ask him/her to show the next slide.
Please, keep your spotlight presentation strictly within the time limit of two minutes. Two minutes is a mandatory time limit for each spotlight.
The session chair will stop your spotlight presentation when the two minutes are elapsed. No warning about the time limit expiration will be given. After two minutes the projection will move to the next presentation. Please, check very carefully that your presentation is just two minutes long.
