Giorgio Mattana received the M.S. degree in Electronic
Engineering at the University of Cagliari in October 2007
discussing the thesis "Realisation and characterisation of
vertical channel organic field effect transistors".
In December of the same year he joined the Department of
Electrical and Electronic Engineering, University of
Cagliari as a PhD student.
His main research interests are in the field of innovative
electronic devices. Specifically:
- Organic semiconductors based devices;
- Non conventional geometry organic FETs.
