Annalisa Bonfiglio is with the Microelectronics Lab since May 1996 when she joined the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering of University of Cagliari as Assistant Professor. Her research interests concern the area of electronic devices, with special attention to the development and design of devices made with innovative materials (organic semiconductor and gallium nitride). She is currently teaching the following courses: "Dispositivi Elettronici" ("Electronic devices") in the First Level Laurea Degree in Electronic Engineering, "Dispositivi Elettronici Avanzati" ("Advances electronic devices") in the Master Degree in Electronic Engineering, "Bioingegneria Elettronica" ("Electronic Bioengineering") in the Diploma Degree of Radiology at the School of Medicine of the University of Cagliari.
