A full (i.e., non-student) registration for each paper is required by April 21 in order to have the paper published in the proceedings.

A reduced registration fee is offered to people attending both ADHS'06 and VSS'06.

• Early registration (by April 21): 420 Euros
• Late registration (after April 21, also onsite): 470 Euros

• Early student registration (by April 21): 320 Euros
• Late student registration (after April 21, also onsite): 370 Euros

• Early registration ADHS'06 + VSS'06 (by April 21): 670 Euros
• Late registration ADHS'06 + VSS'06 (after April 21, also onsite): 720 Euros

Registration (also student registration) will include proceedings, lunches and coffee breaks on June 7, 8 and 9, and banquet dinner on June 8.

Payment will be by credit card or by bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing by the Conference Secretariat on or before May 10, 2006. Refunds for cancellations on or before May 1, 2006 will be made (less a processing fee of 50 Euros).  Cancellations received in writing beetween May 1 and May 20, 2006 receive 50% refund. 

No refunds will be given for cancellation after May 200, 2006. An individual cancelling after this date will be mailed a complete set of conference materials.

Substitutions

Substitutions can be be made at anytime, including onsite.
